One person reads this inbox, and you will get a reply within 2 business days. Write in whatever language you are comfortable in.
Tell us your device and iOS or Android version, and if it is about a purchase, include the Support ID shown at the bottom of the Profile screen in the app. That ID is how a subscription gets matched to an account without us ever asking for your name or email.
Open trykingtide.com on the phone you want it on and tap your platform. That page is kept current for iPhone and for Android, so it sends you to whichever route is open at the time.
Email us if the link will not open, or if the install does not finish.
Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us, so they are cancelled there. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends.
Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with your Support ID and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android request it through Google Play. Email us either way and we will help you make the case.
Pro unlocks the full adaptive program: unlimited workouts, the injury adaptations that reshape a session around what hurts, the physical therapy planner and photo import, and your full training history. Pricing and terms are on the subscription screen in the app before you buy, and in our Terms of Service.
Your profile, injuries, logged lifts and PT plan live on your phone and are never sent to us. Reset from the Profile screen, or uninstall the app, and it is gone. Because we never receive it, we cannot look it up or delete it for you. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Change it. Nothing the app builds is fixed, and it keeps what you change.
If it is still wrong after that, email us and say what you expected instead. A plan that reads wrong to the person it was built for is the most useful thing you can send us, and we read every one.
Email us with a screenshot if you can. Bug reports from real training sessions are the fastest way this app gets better, and they get answered.
No. Kingtide is a fitness tool. When you flag an injury it swaps or lightens exercises using general programming rules. It cannot examine you, no clinician reviews what you enter, and an adjustment it makes is not a sign that training is safe for you. Talk to a doctor or physical therapist about an injury, and stop if something feels wrong. The full health and safety terms are in section 3 of our Terms of Service.
